Although we're sure that karaoke yoga workshop was well worth your while*, why not take a traditional and intelligent approach with your practice and attend Doug Swenson's workshop at Synergy SoBe this weekend?
It's nice to finally see a yogi with some street cred heading to our sunny little city.

We really, really wish we could attend at least one session but our schedule for the weekend does not permit.
But that doesn't mean that you can't - there's still space so get your butt stuffed in those compression tights, accessorize with your unnecessary yoga gear and tag yourself while you're there on Facebook. Also, will you post an edgy Instagram of Doug, please? Not much comes up for him in the way of photos when you Google him.
