Add this event to your weekend hit list. Anusara Yoga instructor extraordinaire Christy Nones will be teaching a free class this Saturday at a "secret" location near Miami Beach's Lululemon showroom.
Attendees are instructed to show up at 1900 Sunset Harbour Drive where guides will meet you and your friends to lead you up to the secret class location - but you have to have the password... which is "Flowing with Grace".
Christy is hands down one of Miami's best yoga instructors. We've taken a few of her classes and she really knows her stuff. She's definitely an instructor's instructor.
She's one of those rare teachers that seem to be beaming sunshine at you. Like she's so filled with yoga it just flows right back out of her. Basically taking a class from her is like taking a class from planet Sun.
