The Art of Teaching Vinyasa Yoga with Seane Corn
I grew up watching Seane Corn videos (VHS tapes, back when dinousaurs still roamed the earth) so I was really looking forward to her "Art of Teaching Vinyasa Yoga" workshop, if for nothing more then just to see her in person.

You Never Realize How Huge Miami Beach Convention Center is....
...until you have to consider walking all of the way around it because you think you're on the wrong side.
Luckily, I was on the correct side for Seane Corn's "Art of Teaching Vinyasa Yoga" workshop this morning. I'm uploading video from it now to YouTube and I have to go run and teach my evening classes.
Seane was very inspiring - I took notes the entire time she was talking. And she was wearing awesome pants.
I'll try to have everything up later tonight!! It's a beautiful day out there!! Go enjoy it!! Namaste!
