There are a few spooky events you should know about. Here they are:
There will be an H2Om Trick or Treat party at The Standard Hotel on Friday. If that doesn't sound scary enough for you, just imagine us naked there at the pool - because it happens.
Secondly you can go to a raw, vegan potluck and costume contest with Zen Mystery. Our homemade vegan fare has the ability to set your corazón en fuego, so eat there if you dare. You will have to journey to Broward for this event, so that adds an extra layer of terror...
Third, and most terrifying of all: The Yoga Journal Conference is in town, so if you are a masochist grab your Lululemon and run to what can only be defined as hell on Earth, The Westin Diplomat.
If you are truly a member of the Namaste Miami Tribe, you will support local yoga and attend the Adjusting and Assisting workshop with Ken and Lina this weekend at Skanda yoga. Don't sell out. Keep the love local, yogis.
