This Friday night Christy Nones (certified Anusara instructor) will lead The Standard's monthly yoga soirée, H2OM. This month's theme will be "Starting 2012 with Refined Radiance".The event starts at 8 pm and cost is $30, which includes access to the Indoor Baths, Hamam, Aroma Steam Room, Cedar Sauna, Sound Pool, Roman Waterfall Hot Tub and Mud Lounge.
