Ring in the New Year at Synergy on Española Way

Hello there, Miami Yogis. Long time, no chant.

Well, well, well - now that the world didn't end like it was supposed to this past Friday, what to do?

For starters, make your way to Synergy Yoga South Beach this New Year's Eve and celebrate in a yogic way with Benjamin Smielowitz and Radha Krishna Lila.

You can, in the words of Dharma Mittra, "BEEE RECEPTIVE" to 2013 in this Dharma flow sequence that will take place on Española Way at 1100 hrs Monday morning and last until approx 1300 hrs. 

(Sorry, since preparing for the world's impending doom, we can't stop keeping track in military time. Hopefully it will wear off soon along with other things.)

We did not drink a half of a bottle of Malbec before writing this post*.

So we took the day off (not like we really work anyway) in honor of tonight's full moon. The windows and balcony doors open, Bhagavan Das cranked up loud in the background, a pot of vegan chili on the stove - life is good.
