Michelle Alva, Physical Therapist, Healer, Yogi and all around ray of sunshine will be holding a meditation workshop at the spot on Sunday, July 29th.
The topic of the gathering, Free Your Mind, (you can RSVP via Facebook here) will be explored and the evening will end with a healing circle facilitated by Michelle and Ana M. Vidal.
